Sleeping up to 4 people it contains a kitchenette, bathroom, dining area, closet, desk, balcony w/ oceanview bed and sofa bed. AC & Wifi throughout + 1 smart TVs. Guests have use of all public amenities on site which include the pool, BBQ grill, and decks. Apt 4B is on Level 4: 1 flight down from the top entrance, 4 flights up from the bottom entrance. Guests with mobility issues should not book. 2- Budget-Friendly, Compact Spaces Our units are small and cozy. Beds have basic frames; mattresses are memory foam or hybrids. Linens, towels, and kitchen items are simple and functional. Spaces are stylish but budget-friendly, not luxury. Floor plans are included in listings. 3- Air Conditioning & Hot Water Window AC units cool efficiently but may not be as quiet as central systems; please run only while present and keep balcony doors closed. Hot water is solar-powered and may be cooler on cloudy or rainy days. 4- Noise & Renovations Some noise may occur from neighbors, AC/fans, or renovations on Level 5 (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm). We ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 pm. 5- Shared Outdoor Spaces & Visitors Pool, cabana, rooftop, and courtyard are shared and may host private events (ending by 10 pm). Booking includes your occupancy + 2 free visitors; extra visitors: $25/person. Private rentals: Poolside cabana – $325 (up to 40 ppl), Rooftop deck – $175 (up to 15 ppl). Note: Pool lights are not available; only cabana lighting is provided. 6- Linens & Towels We provide bed sheets and bath towels only. Guests must bring beach/pool towels. Towels are quick-dry and budget-friendly. No blankets or comforters. 7- Smart TV & Connectivity Smart TVs come with Netflix and Prime Video only. Log in with your own accounts for other streaming services. No cable or landlines; use roaming, local SIM, or WiFi messaging apps. 8- Self-Service & Staff Availability Self-check-in via codes. No concierge, bellhop, or front desk. Maintenance/housekeeping available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm; emergencies only on weekends. 9- Laundry Available at your own risk. Bring your own detergent and check machines before use. 10- Stoves & Gas Some stoves use bottled gas; some require a lighter/match. Car rental recommended if unfamiliar with local roads. 13- Utilities & Outages Occasional island-wide utility outages may occur, more often during hurricane season. No backup generators, water/gas tanks, or satellite internet. 14- Eco & Sustainable Design Concrete floors are sealed; upcycled wood and sustainable materials used. Some small drywall areas with exposed screws serve as plumbing access panels. 15- Food & Consumables We do not provide open consumables (sugar, tea, coffee) due to health regulations. 16- Smoking Not a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke outdoors. Medical marijuana is legal in Barbados. 17-Pillows & Comfort Some apartments have locally sourced foam pillows that may feel firmer than you’re used to. 18- Wear & Tear This is a budget-friendly property; furniture and finishes may show normal wear consistent with use.
