1914 cottage recently renovated with a private beach on Big Sebago. The view is great and the location is quiet. The space The rocky beach has a fire pit with seating for eight, two lounge chairs, picnic table, and gas grill. You will have access to two single kayaks and one double kayak. Life vests are stored in an outdoor trunk under the deck. The longer dock on the LEFT is ours. There are boat cleats and a close mooring. The dock on the far right side of the beach belong to our neighbors. You will likely see them and their dogs-both humans and animals are friendly so please say “hi”! Inside the cottage you’ll find a good stash of board games and toys in the coffee table trunk in case of a rainy day. There is a smart tv in the central living room where the single heat/AC pump is installed. Please note, individual bedrooms do not have AC units. This property does have exterior security cameras. We ask that you are honest about the number of cars and guests that will be on the property and respect our neighbors at night. Guest access You have complete use of the house, yard, beach and dock. The far right corner of the beach (facing the water) is the neighbor’s area where the second dock is located. You will see them and their dogs. We ask that you only use our dock on the left. Other things to note We can accommodate FOUR cars at the very most. They must all be parked in the driveway and cannot be parked on the road. Again, the far right corner of the beach is the neighbor’s where the second dock is located. They, and their dogs, will likely be at the beach. Please only use our dock on the left. We have a landscaper that comes by every other week to mow the lawn. He has access to the shed. His service will take 30 minutes or less. This property is on a rural road in a small town. There have been a few power outages during summer severe weather if the lines go out somewhere in town. These outages lasted a few minutes to a couple hours as crews worked to make repairs. In this circumstance, we will keep you posted with restoration information as Central Maine Power updates us.
