The space Our space is on the 3rd floor and features: - Living room with 65' 4K Smart TV, 3-seater sofa, split air-conditioning, bar cart and home office table with comfortable chair. - Dining room with a round table for 6 people. - En-suite with queen size bed, split air-conditioning, blackout curtain, 40" Smart TV and built-in closets. - En-suite bathroom with gas-heated water in the shower and sink, hand shower and bath kit (shampoo, conditioner and soap). - Second bedroom with double bed, split air-conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe and sideboard. - Full social bathroom with gas-heated water in the shower and sink, hand shower and bath kit (shampoo, conditioner and soap). - Fully equipped open kitchen with cookware, general utensils and appliances. Sink with hot water and disposer. It also has a countertop, stove with oven, duplex refrigerator and climate-controlled cellar. - Service area with washing/drying machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. - Complete linen (bed linen and bath towels). - Fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Other things to note ATTENTION: AFTER 7 P.M., A CHECK-IN FEE OF R$150.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY REAIS) WILL BE CHARGED. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PLATFORM THROUGH A REQUEST SENT BY US. Our space is in an extremely family-oriented residential building. Under no circumstances are visitors of any kind allowed during the stay. Breaking this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation and consequent early checkout. After confirming the reservation, for building security reasons, it will be MANDATORY to send a copy of the photo document (Passport or Driver's License or Identity Card) of the person responsible for the reservation to the host to release access to the condominium. The same document must be presented at check-in time to pick up the keys. A full name list of all guests will also be required. Only listed persons will be able to access the apartment during the stay period. The apartment is entitled to a parking space, if you use it, please inform the model, license plate and color of the vehicle. Need a safe place to store your luggage? Beware of possible external noise Because we are located in a large metropolitan center and in a condominium with several units, renovations may eventually occur in neighboring apartments, which may generate some noise. It is important to note that we have no control over these events and that the time allowed by law for construction is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
