The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the municipality of Fitou, this charming apartment with swimming pool, with an area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². We're waiting for you! The space The apartment is composed as follows : - 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and access to terrace - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan. Outside : - A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters, unheated, secured by a gate that must remain closed at all times. Open from June 1 to September 30. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available. - A 10 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A 300 m² south-facing garden planted with trees, shared with an adjoining apartment. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site).
