Emma’s Place serves as an ideal basecamp for Harding University visits, celebrations, and events. If you're here for outdoor adventure, business travel, or visiting family and friends, Emma's Place provides all the comforts of home for these as well. The space The granite-topped gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to cook and comfortably host up to six guests, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal with loved ones, or savoring your morning coffee on the back patio, Emma's Place offers the perfect setting for memorable moments. Featuring three bedrooms and two granite-topped bathrooms, Emma's Place accommodates up to six guests comfortably. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed with ceiling fan and adjacent bath, while the second and third bedrooms offer cozy queen beds and ceiling fans. Each space is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our house rules ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, but designated smoking areas are available outside. Please refrain from hosting parties or events without prior approval and observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am to respect the neighborhood's peace and privacy. Guest access You will receive a Smart Lock code and instructions via email 24 hours before check-in. Other things to note Emma's Place has one king bed and two queen beds. We don’t allow additional sleeping arrangements like air mattresses or sleeping on couches, as it tends to overcrowd the space and impact the experience for everyone. Work crews limited to a maximum of 3 individuals. We allow a maximum of 6 guests including children and infants. We have a Ring doorbell with video monitoring and two additional outdoor cameras for the garage door and back doors. We do allow dogs (no cats - contact me about any other pets), for an additional nightly fee, but please let me know what kind and size of the dog(s) you will be bringing. We require all dogs to be put in a kennel/cage when at the condo without supervision and no pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. Note: We do not have a fenced yard.
