Charming City Home near historic village shops

This is a charming home, with bush views to the north sun, and wonderful bird life. Centrally located right next to the delightful historic Thorndon village shops which include a chocolatier, craft beer pubs, cafes, excellent restaurants including Hillside vegetarian . Nearby attractions include the botanical gardens across the road, Wellington CBD and waterfront. The Tinakori Hill is also very close with many walks. Easy Bus, Uber, Bike, Scooter or 10 minute walk to Wellington CBD! The space 2 bedrooms, with Queen beds. Seperate lounge. Dedicated office desk but not a seperate study (this room is locked). The seperate study room might be made available for long stays on request and by prior agreement. Bathroom and separate toilet. Seperate laundry. Note: as an old villa the stair case is somewhat steep and with an open section. Please use with care, especially with young children, elderly, or if you have a disability. Security: please note there are external security cameras in operation. There are no internal cameras. Guest access Whole of house, excluding the study room which is locked off - Study room can be available on request depending on the booking (possible extra cost). Other things to note Transport / parking: It is easy and recommended to get into town via walking, scooter, bike, bus, taxi, Uber. However if you need a car park: Parking: Please note, the parking outside my place on Upton Tce is residents only so don’t park there please. Please respect the residents. If you do park there it is at your risk. However, there is coupon parking across the road, and the first two hours is free in the coupon parking zones across the road and around the area. After 2 hours you pay for coupon parking. Coupons can be brought online via “pay my park app”, and at some retail locations. I believe Parking is also free in evenings and weekends? The parking wardens don’t come every day or even every week. Parking fines are about $12? Parking is your responsibility.
