Along the way, you can tell the driver that your stop is in shingle hill, just past the iconic tourist landmark of the First Baptist Church, Know as the first in the Americas. Afther passing the historic site, continue a bit further, and you’ll see blue and White House at the first curve. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1.Please notify us in advance if you plan to have additional guests. It would be appreciated if you inform us of your arrival and departure times ahead of time. 2.Help us care for the environment: if you're not in the apartment, turn off the air conditioning and lights. 3.Smoking is not allowed inside the room. You may smoke only on the apartment's terrace. 4. We understand you’re on vacation, but this is a residential area where neighbors value their rest. Out of respect for others, we kindly ask that you avoid loud noises after 10:00 pm. 5.Extra charges will apply for any lost or damaged items, including towels and sheets. We understand accidents happen, but we believe in the importance of honesty and taking responsibility. 6.Reservation modifications will only be accepted at least 15 days before the check-in date. 7.Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50 USD. 8.Late check-out is not available. A fee of $15 USD will apply for check-outs after 11:10 am. If the loft is not vacated by noon, a full night's stay will be charged. All charges will be processed through Airbnb. 9.Please ensure you don’t leave any belongings behind after check-out, as we are not responsible for any items left on the property. NOTE ABOUT THE CLIMATE Keep in mind that San Andrés has a tropical climate. During summer or rainy seasons, it’s common to encounter mosquitoes and ants inside the property, even though we fumigate every 15 days to prevent infestations. NOTE ABOUT ELECTRICITY As an island, San Andrés occasionally experiences power outages. During your stay, the electricity might be temporarily suspended for short periods of about 30 minutes, typically once or twice a month, due to maintenance and updates to the island's electrical system. The apartment is equipped with an emergency lamp that automatically turns on during outages, as well as glow-in-the-dark emergency signage for your safety. Registration Details 107613
