The space Walking distance to the center of Dalyan (20mins by walk, 10 mins by bike) our home is surrounded by pomegranate and citrus orchards and you will be staying at the second floor of the house. This floor has an independent entrance. Each of the two spacious bedrooms (30sqm) has its private bathroom and balcony. There is also a wide, breezy terrace area. Terrace has an open view like the other balconies and you can watch wonderful sunset views while sipping your drink. Kitchen where you can prepare your meals is equipped with all kitchen equipments that you'll need. Rooms are furnished with high quality, hand carved furniture with traditional ornaments and traditional rugs. Room balconies have open views. Garden area and pool is at your disposal, so cool off in our 32sqm salt water pool and chill in the garden. Our place is laid-back, clean, cozy, comfy, in touch with nature. Welcome! Dalyan is surrounded by marshlands and lakes, therefore mosquitos are very part of daily life and an issue since ancient times which can be frustrating during hot and windless days. So, "OFF!" repellent is a must-have and window/door nets should be closed carefully. Where we are situated is a semi-village area and surrounded by nature, so there is a diversity of birds and other little creatures that you may encounter. Roosters crow, birds chirp, goats bleat... Dalyan is not a seaside town; the closest beach is world-renowned İztuzu Beach and approx. 10kms away. The public bus that will take you to the beach passes through the main road which is 200m away from our house. Or, you can walk to the center and take the shuttle boats to the beach. Dalyan center has primary public institutions like post office, primary health care center, gendarmerie station and ATMs. There are also many supermarkets, liquor stores and pharmacies.
