The space Great three-story functionalist single-family house in a row built in 2017. There is plenty of room for one or two families (a total of 7 people) divided into four bedrooms. You will have access to free private parking for two cars, with charging option for electric car (also for two cars). The house has an inviting, cozy and homely feel, with good standards and modern qualities. The large windows from ceiling to floor make the house bright and pleasant to stay in. Enjoy the outdoors with quality time, play, relaxation and meals with a nice outdoor area with a total of 160 sqm private terrace, divided over three plans. Here you get good sun conditions from early morning to late evening. The 1st floor consists of: - Sports shed (own entrance door) - Entrance/hallway (own entrance door) - Bathroom with shower and toilet (washing machine and dryer behind sliding door) - Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm). - Bedroom 2: Single bed (80 cm), which can be converted into a double bed (140 cm). - Bedroom 3: Loft bed (90 cm) with possibility for mattress on the floor (90 cm). The room has direct access to a private terrace/outdoor area. - Outside/on the ground floor there is a nice, private and child-friendly outdoor area with terrace (80-90 sqm). Here there is a seating area and fire pit, shielded by hedge/fence. A few steps away there is a playground (used by the homes/families in the neighborhood). The 2nd floor consists of: - Kitchen (open solution) - Dining room (with extendable table and thus large enough for 8-10 people) - Living room/TV corner - Guest room/bedroom with sofa bed (which can be turned into a 140 cm double bed) - Bathroom attached to guest room/bedroom (shower and toilet) - Balcony, with exit from dining room. The 3rd floor consists of: - Office in stairwell (7 sqm) with desk and office chair. Direct exit to the roof terrace. - Beautiful roof terrace (63 sqm) with barbecue, seating area, dining area and parasol. Plenty of room for play, fun and inflatable pool for kids. Additional information: The house is usually inhabited by a family of four (two adults and two children of 7 and 10 years). The house is tidy and clean, but at the same time it will bear the mark of being inhabited, and there will be limited space to hang/put clothes, as only a few cabinets/drawers are emptied before rental. Space is cleared in the fridge and freezer, but this is not completely emptied before rental either. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except for a storage room that is kept locked for storing private items.
