Guest access IMPORTANT: • Garage is not provided, however guests are able to park 2 cars on the driveway as well as 2 spots on the street in front of the house if available. • The garage is used as a storage unit and is not part of the guest space. Other things to note Dear guests. We want you to have a great stay at our place and kindly ask you to follow these house rules: No parties or events are allowed. If you have a party, your reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund and you will have to vacate the property. This is not a "party house" and large unruly gatherings are not allowed. There is a strict no party policy. No loud music. Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking inside the property or the garage. No illegal drugs allowed on the premises. We understand that Marijuana is legal in town, however it is not allowed anywhere on our property nor are any other recreational drugs. If we detect smoke or marijuana smell inside the house there will be $250 additional charge. We have 2 smoke detectors taken off from the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom and we have replaced them with a plug in smoke detectors in the outlets. Please remove your shoes when inside our home since the entire house is carpeted. *IF NEW STAINS ARE FOUND - we are subject to charge $50-$200 FEES* Please do not use white towels, sheets, or comforters to remove make-up, etc. we will charge for stained and damaged towels and linen. Please respect the space. Clean your spills, dirty dishes, stove top and throw out your trash, including any in the refrigerator after your stay. Dishes has to be washed and put away. If dishes are not washed there will be an extra charge of $50. Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage. When you check out, please take out your trash to the big trash bin on the side of the garage. Maximum number of guests staying at the property is 12. Additional guests will need approval and are subject to additional fees. The guests have an obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. Please treat our home with respect, as you would your own.
