Be my Guest at Wyndham's National Harbor--a beautiful resort with concierge check in. Your condominium includes a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with at least 2000 square feet and full access to all resort amenities--hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool and game rooms, etc. Other things to note • CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at Front Registration Desk • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room • Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed maximum occupancy of room • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • Self parking is available at the St. George Parking Garage located adjacent to the resort for $24 per day. Hourly rates are also available. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
