Horsforth Garden Lodge

A modern, private 1 bedroom annexe in Horsforth, Leeds. Situated 15 mins from Leeds Bradford airport & handily placed for Horsforth’s restaurants, cafe’s and Leeds Trinity University. The lodge is a separate and private building with: - a comfy king size double bed, linen & towels - en-suite shower room with toiletries - outdoor space & sofa to relax - working space with desk - superfast broadband - off road, gated parking NB - the shower room is reduced height of 6ft 3 inches (1.86cm) The space The lodge is best described as a bijou, one bedroom hotel room with en-suite facilities. It is a compact but well designed space with king size bed, desk and chair, USB plugs, heating and an area for your clothes and luggage etc. All bedding and towels are provided along with tea and coffee facilities. Please note there are no kitchen facilities however if you order a takeout and require crockery and cutlery, we are more than happy to provide. Guest access The lodge is located in the owners back garden. It has a small private courtyard area to the front which is separated from the main garden to give privacy to guests and ourselves. Parking is at the front of the property on a gated drive, Access to the lodge is down the side of the house on a gravel path. Other things to note Please note that the lodge is located in a quiet residential area in the owners back garden. Guests are requested to be respectful with no loud music or parties allowed.
