The space Groenedal is situated in our spacious garden on a stream. Quietly located and surrounded by meadows on the edge of the village. The bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, and Abshoven are within walking distance. It's the starting point for many beautiful hiking and cycling routes. The Pieterpad and the Santiago de Compostela route are nearby. There is a private entrance to the cottage through the main gate. Free parking on the private, enclosed grounds. There are two terraces, one with a wooden garden table, four chairs, and a parasol. A Weber BBQ (charcoal included) and fresh herbs from our garden are also provided. On the other terrace, at the side of the cottage, you'll find lounge chairs and a Fatboy hammock. Two wooden loungers with cushions are available on the lawn. The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area by the cozy pellet stove, a TV, and a dining/work table with chairs. A cupboard contains books, information about the area, and games. Air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi are also available. The cosy kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle. Towels and tea towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are provided. Olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper are also provided. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60x2.00). There is ample space for storing clothes and belongings. From the bedroom, you can walk through the patio doors to the side terrace with a view of the meadows and horses. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating. We try to take as much of the hassle out of your stay as possible, so please note that you don't need to bring your own towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or hand soap. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet! Listen to the many birds or watch the squirrels play. Two sweet cats roam the garden. Neither of these will be staying in the cottage. We offer a discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
