The whole family will be comfortable in our spacious and unique apartment! Our place is best for up to six, but an additional two can be accommodated on an air mattress in the living room. We also have a portable crib available. We live in the upper apartment with our kids and dog, but you have complete privacy in this lower apartment. There is a shared front door, but we rarely encounter our guests. This is a great place for families or a group of friends that need space. The space This is a first-floor apartment on a historic tree-lined street on Buffalo's West Side- near the iconic Peace Bridge to Canada. We are within walking distance of Front Park and two fun playgrounds our kids love! We are also within walking distance of dining options on Connecticut Street (see our guidebook for ideas!) and a little farther of a walk (20 min) to the super cute Five-Points neighborhood where there are sweet spots to grab coffee, a full meal, wine, baked goods, Italian imports, gifts, and more! -20 min to Niagara Falls -20 min to the Bills Stadium -5 min to Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood -8 min to Buffalo's Elmwood Village -8 min to Key Bank Center (home of the Sabres and concert venue) -15 min to Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House -25 min to Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff There is plenty of space to spread out in this apartment, which not only has three bedrooms, but two living areas, a separate dining room, kitchen, and separate laundry room. Living room is equipped with a smart TV. While there is not central air, there is a window unit in the bedroom as well as the living spaces, as well as fans. The bathroom has been newly-renovated with the intention of keeping the charm of the historic. We swapped the tub for a walk-in shower. You'll find all your toiletry essentials here. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There is also a large air fryer/toaster over, microwave, keurig, and electric kettle. Games, books, and toys will ensure the little ones feel at home too. Sleeping options include three proper bedrooms, a twin pull out sofa in the second living area, and a queen air mattress. We also have a portable pack n play crib and sheets available for your smallest traveler. Other baby essentials available to our guests include a baby bath and stroller. - The main bedroom has a king bed. - Second bedroom has a queen bed - There is a twin bed in the third bedroom. - Twin sofa bed in the second living room space and we have a queen air mattress that can be set up in the living room. Original pocket doors allow for privacy when people are sleeping in living spaces. Ample parking is available for free on the street (not like New York City parking, it's easy to find a spot right in front). Please note the driveway directly next to the house is not our property. Whether you are in town for just a weekend, or an entire month, our place is perfect for those who want to experience an eclectic and stylish apartment while enjoying all that Buffalo has to offer. Guest access The entire first floor is all yours! There is also a front porch with seating that you are welcome to use. While we live upstairs, we rarely encounter our guests. Self check in is set up for you. If you do need us, we are available by phone for the entirety of your stay. Other things to note We take great care to avoid any perfumes that are not from essential oils. We use unscented detergents and high quality essential oils during the drying process.
