We typically do give a free tour, however, when guests come.. WEDDINGS: We have been asked a number of times if we host weddings. Unfortunately, we are not able to do this. ============* ADDITIONAL FEES *============: LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY CHECK-IN-- SUMMER- During the summer months (June–August), our Airbnb is typically booked every day. Because of this busy season, we are usually unable to offer early check-in or late checkout, due to our cleaning team's very tight turnaround window to prepare the 7,000-square-foot farmhouse between guests. REST OF THE YEAR- Outside of the summer season, early check-in or late checkout may sometimes be possible depending on our booking schedule. Please reach out to us in advance and we will gladly look into your request and do our best to accommodate. NUMBER OF GUESTS-- For guests above 8 people, we charge an additional $35 per guest per night. This fee is incorporated into the quoted cost that you receive from Airbnb. Airbnb, however, does not compute this fee above 16 guests for some reason. (Probably to avoid local hotel regulations.) Therefore, if you have more than 16 guests coming, the extra guest charge will still apply but can be handled via credit, cash,, or via the Airbnb app. DAY GUESTS-- We allow a limited number of people on the property who are not staying overnight ("Day-Guests"). The fee for that is typically $20/day per person. Please coordinate with us if you plan to have people come during your stay. EXTRA PETS-- We welcome multiple pets! Our pet fee is $60 per pet, per stay. Airbnb’s system, however, only allows for one pet to be input during the booking process. If you’re bringing more than one pet, no problem—let us know and we can handle the additional pet fees separately via credit card, cash, or other payment methods. . =========* PAID-FOR ACTIVITIES *============= Almost all the activities on the farm are free, however, we do charge for a few in order to defray costs associated with those activities. This includes time spent saddling the horses and giving instructions, if necessary. Please bring with you a pair of blue jeans for riding.
