The space includes a well-appointed bedroom with a cozy bed and fresh linens, a clean and functional bathroom with all the essentials, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The living area features comfortable seating and a TV for relaxation, while the private balcony provides a great spot to take in the city views. Guests will also have access to building amenities, such as a gym, pool, and lounge. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this space is designed to provide a relaxing and convenient stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio. However, closets will not be accessible. Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival, and we’re happy to assist with any questions during your stay. These times must be followed to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest. • Early check-in at 3 PM is available for a $50 fee, based on availability. Guests who remain past 11 AM will be charged a late check-out fee and may be billed for an additional night’s stay. • Closets are not accessible to guests. • This is a high-rise unit, so some city noise may be present at times. • Daily paid parking is required. Guests must follow all parking garage rules to avoid the risk of towing or booting. • All building rules must be followed, and guests are expected to be courteous to neighbors. • No parties, smoking, or unauthorized guests are allowed in the unit or in shared community amenities. • We kindly ask that you maintain the apartment’s cleanliness and tidiness during your stay, just as it was when you arrived, to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. • Additional cleaning fees will apply for failure to follow checkout instructions or in cases of excessive cleaning needs. This includes, but is not limited to: smoking in the unit, stains, damage, or missing items. • All guests must be registered through Airbnb. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed in the unit or apartment building at any time. • A $200 fee will be charged per unauthorized guest—this includes anyone not listed on the reservation, even if they are not staying overnight. • Animals are not permitted. Bringing an animal into the unit without prior approval will result in a $300 fee, along with any necessary additional cleaning charges.
