Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, sunroom, pool, large kitchen and plot. Ready to charge an electric car. Solar panels on the roof. Quiet and child-friendly area with a large playground nearby. Close to green areas for lovely walks. To Stockholm Central Stockholm by commuter train about 30 minutes. Located within walking distance to Granåsen Nature Reserve where you can also follow the Upplandsleden trail (during the summer, the outdoor gym is available and during the winter, you can ski). The space Bedroom 1 - Private door to the terrace and pool area, 180 cm bed. Bedroom 2 - Guest room with 140 cm bed. Bedroom 3 - Children's room with 90 cm bed. Living room - Sofa with space for 4-6 people, large 108-inch movie screen (projector), board games, PlayStation 4, music player. Kitchen - Fully-equipped kitchen with large kitchen island and dining area for 6 people. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, soda stream are also available. Conservatory - Nice conservatory on the terrace with dining area for about 4-6 people, glass sections can be opened to the pool. Pool - inviting pool with stairs on one edge, which is perfect for even small children, the pool dimensions are 4x8 meters. The pool is heated during the period week 22-38. Baby chair, high chair are available to borrow on site - let us know when you book and we will provide it free of charge. The front door has a Yale Doorman lock so no keys are needed, but you will receive a code that works during your stay. Parking is free and there is space for 4 cars. Guest access All spaces are available except the pool house, garage and some closets. Other things to note The pool is heated during the period week 22-38. The temperature may vary between 22-28 degrees. During some periods, the pool may be heated earlier in the spring and well into the fall as well if the weather allows. Bookings longer than 4 days need to provide access to the pool area so we can take care of cleaning, chlorine, etc. This is of course done in consultation with the tenant and does not take longer than about 30 minutes.
