Azur Hillside Haven: A Perfect Wellsboro Getaway!

The space The main level of the home offers a kitchen, dining room, and 2 living areas encircling an open staircase creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there is a half bath, large, covered porch, and beautiful primary bedroom suite with queen sized bed, large closet, and Smart TV. Upstairs guests will enjoy a second bedroom with full sized bed, shared bathroom with walk in shower and in the alcove a twin sized sleeper sofa. Large windows throughout allow natural light to flood the home, offering charming views of the town below. The lower level of the home has a washer and dryer for guest use and provides easy access to the outdoor firepit. This home is located in a residential neighborhood and observes a strict quiet hour policy of 8pm to 8am. We provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Feel free to use them, but please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you and your group may need for your entire stay. Linens, towels, and Keurig are provided for your convenience, keyless entry ensures a hassle-free getaway. This home is equipped with a Ring video doorbell camera which also captures audio at the front door of the home, monitoring the entry steps and upper driveway area. Guest access Keyless entry, code shared the morning before arrival. Other things to note 2 Smart TV's with Roku, guests are responsible for bringing their own streaming log-ins. This is not a pet friendly property, please do not ask for an exception. This home is in a residential neighborhood with strict quite hours of 8pm to 8am, and speed limit of 25mph. Please note that our rental has a base rate that covers up to 4 guests. Any additional guests beyond 4 will incur an additional per-person, per-night fee. Any changes to your guest count after booking are subject to additional charges and must be communicated in advance. Rates & Fees Airbnb now displays a total nightly rate that includes our cleaning fee and Airbnb’s service fee. These amounts are combined into the price you see when browsing, so the total nightly rate already reflects all costs.
