Face recognition processing • Daily processing time is: 10:00am - 12:00pm 1:00pm - 5:00pm (not available on Sundays). • Important note: Only two faces can be entered per room per month. Once entered, no changes or refunds can be made within the month. Refunds or compensation cannot be requested for this reason. 5. Cleaning services • There is no daily housekeeping at my place. For cleaning, please make a reservation in advance. The service fee is 1000 Baht per time. 6. No drugs or smoking allowed • Drug use or smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. If found, you must leave the room immediately and no refunds will be requested. 7. Item Prohibition and Maintenance • Please do not use open flames in the room to avoid damaging furniture or walls. • Please handle furniture gently when moving it around. 8. Damage Compensation Rules • If the item is damaged due to human causes, the cost of repair or replacement will be compensated according to the specific circumstances. 9. Check-out precautions • Please return the room card to the designated location when you leave, and take a photo to inform us, to avoid loss. 10. Immigration materials processing • Please inform us in advance if you need assistance with immigration materials. 11. Thailand is in a tropical area with many ants, so please do not leave food scraps on the table or in the trash for a long time to avoid attracting ants. 12. Please do not take anything in the room without permission. Any lost items will be charged at twice the actual value of the item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 13.
