We offer non-smoking rooms, a clean place to relax after your days activity here at Branson! We are situated on a property with ample gravel parking spaces for boats and ATV trailers. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac of Caps Ridge Road along Indian Point Road 4 minutes to Silver Dollar City and Indian Point Marina, the gateway to Table Rock Lake, and more or less 20 minutes away to Branson Strip, famous theaters and attractions. Guest access Please make yourselves at home and enjoy your stay while allowing other guests to do the same. Park your vehicle at your most convenient location in the front of the building in-between those stair steps, and not in front of the stair steps. We have dvd players for entertainment and feel free to browse our dvd movie library which is situated on the 2nd floor hallway. We also have coin laundry on-site with a gray door on the 1st floor and is open from 9am-7pm only. It will be locked after 7pm to implement quiet time. Thank you for staying with us! Other things to note Strictly no smoking of any kind inside the room. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the private balconies but pls close the sliding doors. As you can see, we don't charge cleaning fees. We really appreciate your cleanliness. Please kindly wash the dishes after use and keep in the drying rack and we'll take it from there. We have provided brooms to keep your room clean and tidy during your stay. If you ever need to wash your clothes, we have inexpensive coin laundry located on the 1st floor towards the end of the building past Unit 5. It will be open from 9am-7pm.
