House Rules: 1. A refundable house deposit of THB 4,000 is required upon check-in. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fine of THB 4,000 will be imposed for smoking violations. Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated smoking areas. 3. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Additional guests will be charged THB 500 per person per night, which includes a set of floor mattresses, pillows, and towels. 4. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. 5. Late check-out beyond the scheduled time will result in a charge of THB 2,000 per hour due to we have to hire more staff to clean before the next guest's arrival. 6. Quiet hours after 22:00 hrs. Kindly refrain from creating noise or playing loud music. 7. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes and disposing of garbage before checking out. A dish cleaning service is available for a fee ranging from THB 500 to THB 2,000, based on the amount of dishes. 8. BBQ charcoal can be purchased at THB 100 for 3 bags. If interested, please inform the host or cleaner. 9. Free Cleaning service if guests stay at least 2 nights. The cleaning will be provided upon guest consent. Cleaning hours are between 10:00 - 14:00 hrs. Please inform 1 Day in advance. 10. Pets are not allowed on the property
