Note: see aerial view in photos. Neighborhood is without fences and has shared parking. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN HOME! No exceptions. BEDROOMS ARE TINY The space Do not pull trailers down drive. There is a 2 car maximum, BUT don't worry, you can park a few doors down at Mountain Mama's where the 3 acre fenced lot is monitored and recording cameras. While the home is completely private, there is no fences between the houses and there's a neighborhood pavilion. See aerial view in listing. PLEASE UNDERSTAND we have a child allergic to smoke, including vape and weed, so please do not smoke in home even with all the doors open. Also do not use the attic fan unless you have all doors and windows open. It will burn up the unit. Guest access If early check in is required, please call first to avoid additional charges or an unclean home. Please note that the neighborhood is unfenced and the driveway sits between two homes.
