Surrounded by shopping centers and offering free 24/7 parking on the premises (one parking per guest/ Room), DFH ensures convenience and accessibility. The space Additional House Rules We kindly ask for your strict adherence to the following House Rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both our guests and hosts. Additional House Rules for Airbnb: Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3 1. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests or residents. 2. Prohibited Activities: Alcohol, smoking, and drug use (including marijuana, cocaine, etc.) are strictly forbidden. 3. Conduct: Fighting or arguments are not permitted. Report any issues with other guests to the Host or Co-host immediately. 4. Room Access: Guests are not allowed to enter other guests’ rooms or any unshared or restricted areas of the property. 5. Recyclable Utensils: Use the provided recyclable plates and cups for food and non-alcoholic beverages. 6. Respect: Treat all guests, hosts, and the property with respect. 7. Cleanliness: Keep all areas—including bathrooms, rooms, and shared spaces—clean at all times. 8. Laundry: The washer and dryer are not available for guest use. Laundromats are located less than a mile away. 9. Kitchen Use: Use of the stove and oven is restricted. Please consult the Host or Co-host before using them. 10. Provided Amenities: • Recyclable plates and cups • Disposable spoons and forks • Coffee machine • Coffee and tea • Hot water dispenser 11. Visitor Policy and Guest Declaration: a. Only one (1) guest is allowed per reservation. All guests must be fully declared at the time of booking, providing their full legal name and age. Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved during the booking process are permitted on the property. b. Unauthorized guests or visitors are strictly prohibited. A fee of $150 per unauthorized guest or visitor, per night, will be charged to the payment method on file. Any unauthorized individuals must vacate the premises immediately. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund, and unauthorized individuals will be required to leave the property. Note: These measures are enforced for safety and security, as this is a family residence. Security cameras are installed with two at the front and two at the back of the house. 12. Checkout Procedure: Guests must empty their trash cans and dispose of any old food before checking out. Failure to do so will result in a $50 additional cleaning fee applied to the guest’s payment method. 13. Jacuzzi: The Jacuzzi in the shared bathroom is out of order. Please use the shower facilities instead. 14. Valuables: We do not provide safes for storing valuables. Guests are encouraged to store them securely outside the property, such as in a bank. Important Note: Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. If you wish to prepare a dish that requires the use of the oven or stove, please contact the host or co-hosts in advance and we can only allow light meals that'll take about 10-20 minutes.
