Stone house with private pool in the heart of the Aegean

Our detached house is fully furnished, the pool is closed to use as of September 15, 2025. Our house is 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway and 3 hours from Bursa. Our house with its own private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes from Yenifoça Oasis Marina and 50 minutes from the ancient city of Pergamum. Our furniture in the house is new and fully furnished, especially the kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday awaits you with the sounds of birds🪻 Other things to note Do not sit on the balcony and in the living room with a wet swimsuit because chlorinated pool water causes permanent marks and stains. Before leaving the house, throw your garbage in the black garbage container at our door. Make sure you turn off the air conditioner and fans.
