What you’re walking into is a house and bathroom that you’ll share with one other tenant. Current it’s a long term male tenant. I reside in a finished basement and share a bathroom with the tenant that stays in the addition of my house. The only part that we will ever share or meet at is in the kitchen. The two in the main part share a living room and bathroom and soon to be a completed dining room area as well. Mean while me and the other guest have our own living room in our over sized rooms. The space My house is located on a very quiet and nice block with much curb appeal as you drive down the street. Most yards including my own is kept up pretty nicely. For your convenience you have the option of sitting on the front porch underneath the awning or relaxing in the wide open back yard for peace and sun bathing or even sitting around the fire place on cool nights. Inside the house you’ll find it roomy and quiet. Guest access Guest have full access to the house minus the basement and addition. You also have access to the weights that are in my garage in which I workout at most days. During your stay Guest can call or text me anytime should a problem arise or if needing to locate something in the house. Other things to note Quiet time is roughly between 10:30pm to 6:30 pm. No shoes are worn in the house no smoking is allowed in the house but there are plenty of designated areas outside the house that are still covered for smoking as I generally have my cigars out back or in the garage if the weather is bad. Clean and put away dishes as you dirty them. Take trash out when it’s full and basically just clean up after yourself.
