You may use all the facilities including the full-sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee. The condo and complex layouts are featured towards the end of the listing pictures. Guest access Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sun up to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. Other things to note We have a Keurig coffee maker. Please help yourself to the complimentary coffee in the unit. The coffee and K-cups are in the upper cabinet to the left of the stove. The thermostat has a limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
