The kitchen has access to a private interior patio with a washer/dryer, clothesline, bike rack, and storage space. The apartment is very bright and all rooms have windows, perfect to prepare for a fantastic day. It has plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. The comfort is absolute, and it is fully equipped for medium and long stays: centralized air conditioning throughout the house (hot and cold), kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, juicer, blender, pans and pots of different sizes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bathrooms have hand, foot and shower towels, as well as gel and shampoo. The bedrooms are fully equipped with bedding and television (smart TV). The entrance area overlooking the kitchen integrated with the living room is elegantly lit with LED lights and has a backlit ceiling to create the best atmosphere that will impress your guests, and also has a large smart TV. The office has a 4K screen to connect the computer, and lots of natural light. Wi-Fi and ethernet cable connection in all rooms with high-speed fiber optics. It also has an ironing board and iron. The neighborhood is very lively, and very close you will find a local market that opens every day in the morning (except Sundays) with fruit and vegetables from the Valencian garden and all kinds of local and organic products. Also, every Tuesday they set up a dynamic flea market on the neighborhood streets. There is also a Mercadona supermarket a 2-minute walk away, as well as all kinds of shops, restaurants and leisure. There is a gym less than a minute's walk away, as well as several fitness centers and physiotherapy centers. It is very close to Estación del Norte, Ruzafa and Plaza del Ayuntamiento. You can walk to all places. Being in the heart of it all, it has good public transport connections in case of long trips.
