The farmhouse and venue can be rented separately, with the venue managed directly by the owners. Please note, if you rent only the farmhouse and the venue is booked separately, access to the property’s acreage will be limited. However, if you rent both the house and the venue, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of both properties, except for the catering house, which is reserved for vendor use. Other things to note Only 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 20 minutes from Cary. It is also only a 2 minute drive away from Jordan Lake, where you can go and have an amazing lake day! It's also just an hour's drive to the North Carolina Zoo. Close to all the amenities Alex has to offer. Please note due to event venue there is an additional small home on the property for catering services. A truck delivery occurs once to twice per week during a small portion of the day.
