The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors to the terrace. The path to the poolside from the front of the villa is 100cm wide. The pool itself has ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 72cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 72cm.
