Indulge in our rural countryside retreat nestled in Barnoldswick - a unique market town on the Yorkshire / Lancashire border. Hideaway in our beautiful self contained annex attached to a Georgian farmhouse surrounded by panoramic views. With fabulous views of the famous three peaks to rear and the weets hill and moors to the front we are still only a short stroll to the town square full of independent shops, bars and eateries. The space Enter the property through a shared spacious garden room, here you can leave your coats, muddy wellies and worries. The annexe is located on the right, with a private secure entrance. Upon entry you will find an open plan living / kitchen area. Consisting of a well equipped kitchenette, and comfortable seating area with smart TV. Through to the bedroom, discover a spacious king sized bed with luxury bedding and under bed storage for luggage. Separate modern toilet and shower room finish off this newly built annexe. Impressive countryside views from each window make this the perfect place for your next getaway. Secure bike / motorcycle storage on request . Guest access The entire annexe is totally private for yourselves. We have front and back spacious gardens, a field and ample parking all of which can be shared with the hosts. Other things to note Hot tub available at guest request. We are surrounded by numerous walking routes perfect for exploring the spectacular countryside. Travel cot available on request Please note we do have a small dog on site, she may like to say hello to you. We accept up to two small well behaved dogs, but we ask they remain in the living area and only go on the furniture when it’s covered with blankets provided. Our back garden is secure for your dogs. There will be a welcome book with local information provided on arrival. Towels are available.
