The place is an ideal retreat to enjoy a relaxing time with family and friends immersed in pristine nature. The apartment is 1.5 km from the nearest village (on a gravel road) and just 15 minutes away by car far from the nearest city (Pratovecchio Stia). The space The apartment consists of a master bedroom, a kitchen (with fridge, oven and stove) together with a living and dining room (with a sofa which can turn into a double bed) and equipped with a fireplace. The spacious and modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment is accessible through two ramps of stairs. Bring your own bed sheets and towels. Bed sheets and towels can be made available by the host at a cost of €15 per person. The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people comfortably. Additional friends and family can also be accommodated in the two adjacent apartments (which can sleep up to 12 additional guests). Total capacity for the complex is 16 guests (spread across three fully independent units). The property is on a hill at 850 meters above sea level. Guest access Guests can park their cars in front of the property (free of charge) and can freely utilise the common space on the large terrace, enjoying a stunning view on the hills.
