The space The Gîte "Les deux Pillars" is located in COURTHIEZY 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from REIMS and ÉPERNAY, wine village lined with vines and forest. It will be the perfect place for your stays for families or groups of friends. You have a large garage entrance (3 cars) giving access to the garage of more than 100m² (possibility to park 3 or 4 vehicles in the shelter and safe) + a space with bicycles available +a room with a ping pong table Outside, you will discover a wooded garden, a terrace (without vis-à-vis) with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and SPA. On the ground floor, a large entrance hall welcomes you and gives access to the living room with dining and lounge. You will also find a large fully equipped kitchen, the swimming pool area with an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a shower with a toilet, a laundry room, a separate toilet and a double bedroom (160 bed) with private bathroom (bathtub and shower) and dressing room. Upstairs, the large landing converts into a games room (with billiards, foosball, pinball, darts and small living room) will serve on one side: two double bedrooms (bed in 160 each) and a gym (fully equipped). And on the other side, a double bedroom (160 bed), an independent toilet, a shower room and another double bedroom (160 bed) with private bathroom. Possibility of a 6th double bedroom (only upon request). For your comfort, sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and charges are included in the rental price. Possibility to have champagne in the cool on arrival (on request from the owner).
