Description

Pond View is a spacious cottage set within the hosts large pretty garden within the beautiful village of North Thoresby. Located in a quiet lane. It has a range of amenities, two local shops (5mins walk from the Cottage), 2 popular pub/restaurants. Near to Louth (Cadwell), a traditional market town, and Cleethorpes a thriving seaside resort. Surrounding beautiful Wolds can be seen from the bedroom window and offers many scenic walks. In winter months visit Donna Nook to see seals and pups. The space The cosy cottage is in a peaceful and tranquil location within the large garden. There is very little light pollution so you can sit outside and star gaze whilst enjoying a glass of your favorite tipple around the fire pit. It also has its own secluded sunken patio area with table and chairs. The cosy lounge area has 2 sofas and a flat screen TV with freeview and a fire place. There is free wifi throughout the cottage. The cottage has a spacious upstairs bedroom with patio doors overlooking the tranquil gated pond, (where guest may sit). Kingsize bed with wardrobes and dressing table/work station. The downstairs is open plan with the kitchen area being fully equipped with an oven, Induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer and toaster. It has a large breakfast bar with seating. There is a large wet room with shower and toilet and towels are provided. The cosy lounge area has sofas and a flat screen TV with freeview and fire place. There is free wifi throughout the cottage. The cottage has views over the wolds and the large pretty garden. Guests have access to a private sunken area with a table and chairs which is not overlooked and they can also sit around our tranquil pond and you may see Kevin our terrapin. please do not feed the fish. Guest are also welcome to walk around our family garden. If you are bringing your family pet (please remember to book them in also there is a £10 charge), separate towels will be provided for those dirty paws; we ask that they remain on a lead whilst in our garden. The village is very dog friendly and there is a dog walking field adjacent to the garden where dogs are able to be off a lead, and also a number of dog friendly walks in and around the village. A complimentary welcome pack is provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, biscuits, bread and preserves. Guest access Guests have access to a private sunken areas with a table and chairs. They can also sit around the tranquil pond area and you may see Kevin our terrapin. please do not feed the fish. Guest are welcome to walk around our garden but we do ask that any dogs are kept on a lead and any poo is cleared thank you. Other things to note A complimentary welcome pack is provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits, bread and preserves. If you are bringing your pet, separate towels will be provided for those dirty paws 🐶. ( please remember when booking to tick the box so we know to expect your pet)
