Charming independent studio at the home of the host, part of a Landes house, a few steps from the heart of the village of Labrit. Sofa bed, kitchenette without oven or microwave, separate toilet. Opposite the accommodation: Intermarché, gas station/car wash, large parking lot. Bed linen, bath towels, tea towels and bath mats included for stays of two nights or more, otherwise 140 x 200 provided. Village house on the side of a busy road. Owners on site, presence of a small female cat Other things to note 5-minute walk to the village center: Tobacco/press, pharmacy, community café, hairdresser, ATM, post office… Butcher in Brocas village, 7-min drive. 15 min walk to the accommodation: Outdoor pool 2pm/7:30pm 7/7 until the end of August (2 min drive) Short circuit greengrocer on Saturday morning Pizza truck on Thursday and Sunday evenings Villages 15 min drive: Sabres (Ècomusee de Marquèze)/Roquefort (shops, butcher) Saturday market/Luxey (Bakery) 25-min drive to Mont de Marsan and recreation center 30-min drive to the very pretty village of Labastide D'Armagnac 40 min drive to Lac Arjuzanx, and 45 min drive to Landes beaches
