If you prefer shade there is a covered area to relax under or soak up the sun on the reclining chairs on the pool sun ledge to rest, refresh and relax. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenges for you and your fellow vacationers a round of corn hole by the pool or watch the game on the large screen TV in the outdoor area. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or sit by the fire pit with a nightcap.Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum of 8 guests can stay at this property.There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway.This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.
