After a hard day's fishing, what better place to relax than in convenient, comfortable surroundings in this fishing village. Located in a well-maintained, safe neighborhood, this apartment is inside the boat barn which makes for quiet, restful sleeping conditions. The bedroom has accommodations for four with a twin over full bunk and a full over full bunk (4 beds). The bathroom has a huge shower and is stocked with soaps and paper products. There is a big screen TV where you can catch all of the latest Houston sports games and news and basic programming. Complimentary WiFi in addition to DirectTV Stream are provided. ROKU remote. There is a covered carport, propane grill, and yard furniture for relaxing outside when not fishing. Security cameras are not armed during your stay protecting your privacy. Electric and water hookups are available. Please, park on the rock drive between the Barnacle and the street. The cement driveway accommodates guests in the other two rentals on this property. Contact owner to see if the cement drive is available for your parking. We do ask that you do not clean fish/ducks on the premises. Also, absolutely do not throw entrails in the trash bins. The stench permeates the neighborhood for a week. We love pets, but we ask that you do not leave your pet alone all day while you are gone without kenneling it. There is a $40/pet fee in the booking process. If you miss it, please, make arrangements with the owner. Only one pet allowed. Keep dog under control and avoid fetching the pet geese and ducks. Don't forget its bedding to avoid having to sleep on the rugs. These accommodations are for 4 people only, including kids. . Enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
