Welcome to our 11-acre property centrally located among the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and the Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized bedroom and one bath 5th wheel with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. One sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra guests. There is a one-acre fully stocked pond where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy the serene outdoors. You can end your day around the fire pit outside of your unit. The space One king-sized bedroom with plenty of storage, full bath with full-sized shower, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, two massaging recliners and one sofa bed in the living room with a smart tv and dvd player. Guest access Guests have access to the laundry room, patio, fire pit/entertaining area with adirondack chairs and picnic tables, kayaks and pond area.
