Set in Pacific Landing on Market Street, the excitement of the town, and the serenity of the ocean equally invite you in. With over 2,000 square feet of grand space, the kitchen is gourmet, and the living is elegantly comfortable. The shiplap framed fireplace and Smart TV are perfect for gathering to watch the storm roll in or your favorite film. You and your guests will admire the sunrise from the east-facing balcony, and the sunset on the mighty Pacific from your covered deck to the west. They are four roomy bedrooms with cozy king and queen beds, sleeping eight guests like royalty. The primary suite on the lower level has an additional balcony sitting area for coffee in the morning to plan your day at Seabrook and Champagne in the evening to toast to the sunset. The primary suite on the upper level doubles as a home office, where you can soak in the ocean view as you wrap up those last few emails before heading to the beach. Outside your two-car garage, you’ll find yourself in the town center with boutique shops, dining options, spa services, biking adventures, and more. Outside your front covered deck, you’ll find that the long stretch of glorious shoreline you see from all levels inside this townhome is only a 3-minute stroll away. If you need to charge your electric vehicle for a day trip or the drive home, Sunset Boulevard offers a standard EV connector outlet in the garage.
