The apartment is amazing for until 6 people, the bedrooms are configurated in this way : - Bedroom 1 (Suíte) : 1 double bed, WITH air conditionning + fan air + TV + dressing + private bathroom - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed, WITH air conditionning + fan air + dressing - COMMON SPACE with 2 extra mattresses, WITH air conditionning + fan air In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary to make good foods : micro-wave, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen´s utensis, mixer, hobs, grill, oven, etc. OBS : only little animals are allowed Guest access The entry it is done directly to the apartment between 14h and 21h. Only it can be done before 14h if the apartment is ready and without overview expected in the morning. The exit of the local will be directly to the apartment between 7h and 12h. It can occur after 12h if there is no entry in the place expected the same day. Other things to note Intern Settlement : 1. When you leave, it is exiged to let the apartment in the same conditions than when you arrived. 10. The prudence is fixed to R$1000,00. It will be debited from your account only if I do a complaint to Airbnb in maximum 48h after the check-out. In the contrary case, you will not be debited of the prudence amount.
