The layout includes: Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom for added privacy Second Bedroom with a separate bathroom just outside A living area with sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out A dining area for shared meals A kitchen space (no cooking amenities provided). We do not encourage heavy cooking, but guests may bring their own utensils for simple meals. Standard dining ware (plates, bowls, and cups) are provided Guests will also enjoy access to the residence swimming pool, a refreshing spot for relaxation. All facilities are economy-standard, making this apartment a simple yet comfortable base for your stay in Ipoh. Strictly no shoes in the house 2. Strictly no smoking in the house (additional cleaning fee will be charged to your account if the house smells cigarette ) 3. Strictly no pets/animals in the house 4. Strictly no drugs in the house 5. Strictly no party in the house. 6. Strictly no deep frying in the house. (Only light cooking allowed). 7. Switch off Aircond and all electrical appliance when not using them. 8. We would be grateful if you could remove the trash/rubbish from the unit, to avoid roaches in the house. (not mandatory) 9. Please ensure to take all your belongings with you before checking out. As part of security requirements, you will be required to provide your ID (Malaysian/Singaporean NRIC), driving license or International passport. (Mandatory). Check In details will only be provided once you share your ID. Host is not responsible if Check-In details are not furnished.
