Maple Tree Manor has 3 BnB units available next to each other, Maple Court, Maple Mini (longer discounted stays, min stay req) & Maple Corner (Larger 3 persons). All situated in the heart of the beautiful, quiet upmarket Cowies Hill. Your unit, Maple Court, opens onto large beautiful nature loving courtyard where you can enjoy the openness. Open your room's double doors straight onto the water feature and the sunshine. Enjoy your private coffee station in your room, large shower and toilet. The space The Back Large shared Courtyard is for you to use and enjoy with other guests , there is an outside table and chairs as well as a large covered swinging bench , you also have access to a full shared kitchen just outside your unit, through a 2nd door, into a glass covered courtyard should you need to cook yourself a meal with further utensils together with a small inside table if it's raining. Remember you will have a small private coffee station in your unit with basic utensils as well These additional kitchen appliances are a shared guest experience with other guests that you may or may not see. The shared kitchen includes a large double fridge freezer with access to Ice. Guest access You also have access to an outdoor braai area for a coal or wood fire. Bring your own fire stock. Braai utensils all available. The beautiful unique open air glass covered kitchen includes, Air fryer, small oven, microwave, washing machine, double door fridge freezer with ice, toaster, indoor table, big washing sink with washing accessories, all utensils and crockery. We also gas stove and pots and pans. We have a power inverter that will keep power on when we have outages, the ceiling fan will keep operating during the warmer months. These additional kitchen appliances are a shared guest experience with other guests that you may or may not see. Other things to note Major shopping centres within 5km including the massive Westville Pavillion. Uber Eats and Checkers 60/60 deliver to our area including from probably no less than 20 different major take aways in the area. The Host does own two beautiful harmless loving brother and sister dachshund dogs, Coco and Fudge, that may decide to come take a visit into the courtyard on their day off now and again, so be ready to give them a pat and some love if you wish.
