Enjoy a comfortable stay at our historic downtown cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, patio with BBQ, sitting room with bistro table and large screen TV. Other things to note BOOKINGS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS: Any booking longer than 2 weeks will be required to have a mid-stay clean(s) with a $45 additional cleaning fee. LONG TERM STAYS OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS: We require a $2,500.00 security deposit which is fully refundable within 7 days of check out. Obligatory monthly cleans by our cleaners will be arranged between host and guest a week ahead of time (not including linens) and at no additional charge to guest. Stays longer than 6 months will require a $5,000.00 security deposit. AUTHORIZED GUESTS: If a guest is requesting to book a stay for a family member and is not staying with us themselves, we require a government photo ID of those guests, and is subject to our approval. Minimum age of guest to be 25 years (special accommodation for age of 18 to 24 years can be requested). HOUSE RULES: In addition to our house rules, we want to make clear that NO smoking, vaping, or using hookahs of any kind are permitted INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. Even smoking outside bothers our other tenants and people in our adjacent place of business. No personal items are allowed outside the property. There is a fenced patio where guests can store bicycles.
