Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. This cottage has been converted from an old stone building on a hillside. At the edge of the moor, it is regularly possible to see deer come to graze in the back meadow, which is why we named this place "ar prad kirvi", the deer meadow in Breton. From its terrace, you have a direct view of the Quenecan forest with the Nantes to Brest canal passing silently at the bottom. The space The accommodation was made from noble materials, stone and wood. It is this alliance that seemed to us to come the most in harmony with the places, since here, all around is nature. We also made the choice to furnish and decorate the accommodation by highlighting Breton furniture and Breton objects. It is a way for us to rehabilitate and showcase a culture still present here in central Brittany (kreiz-breizh in Breton). Guest access Outside the home, guests can use the parking lot that is right in front of the entrance to the cottage. At the back of the building, at the level of their terrace, they can also enjoy the entire field that is present. Other things to note This cottage was built in an old stone building. Inside, the atmosphere is natural, combining the elegance of wood and stone. The furniture is intended to showcase the Breton style, to invite each traveler to discover Breton culture. Here, it's a place to immerse yourself in nature. At the back you will have the opportunity to rest in a hammock while admiring the panorama of a forest spread out all along. Near this gîte e kreiz breizh (in central Brittany, you can discover the gorges of Corong, Toul Goulic, but also just a few heights away, the moors of Liscuis and its covered walkways. The Bon-Repos Abbey with its sound and light could also delight you on the banks of the Nantes Canal in Brest. Nearby, you can visit Gouarec, Lake Guerledan with its water activities (towed buoy, canoe, water skiing, etc.), Rostrenen and its authentic Irish pub and fisel festival. From here you can enjoy fest-noz (night party in Breton) where Breton music will be featured and where you will feel the social depth of Breton dances. To all this, we can add the wolf park of Coat Fur, the Sterou park with its deer and other animals, going towards the Abbey of Langonnet. Or the Valley of the Saints, an amazing creation in honor of the Breton saints, sometimes perceived as the Breton Easter Island. Towards Bulat-Pestivien, you can find old carved fountains, ancestral imprints of the Celtic water cult. Here you will see granite blocks, sometimes even menhirs, growing in the fields.
