Feel like you are out in the country but close to all the amenities. This property is located on 24 acres with the owners also on the property. One bed room, one bath. Sleeps 4. No smoking and no pets! The space This property is a quick 15 minute drive to the University of Alabama but feels like you are out in the countryside. The owners also live in a separate dwelling on the 24 acres. They are available if any issues arise. This Barndominium sleeps four people. There is one queen size log bed in a room by itself. There is also twin size bunk beds in the large den. Amenities include: full kitchen, washer and dryer, paper towels, dish and hand soap, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, coffee maker, and WiFi. Whether you are here to relax, cheer on the Tide, or cheer on the opposing team, we would love to host you! Guest access Access to the full house. Door code will be provided the day before check- in. Other things to note Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties, must be 25 to rent, limit of 4 people unless previously agreed upon with owner.
