Located in the rural area of the Puy-de-Dome area Pionsat,Montlucon and Clermont-Ferrand The space The Gite is spacious and comfortable and equipped with all comforts. Downstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In addition to the bedroom, you will find a bathroom with a blissful rain shower and hand shower and a high toilet, the bathroom is spacious. The living room has a sofa and two comfortable chairs and TV, in the same room you will find the dining table with 4 dining table chairs and high chair if desired. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge combination, coffee maker, kettle necessary plates and cooking utensils. In the corner of the living room is the stairs to the floor that takes you to the loft and second spacious bedroom with two single beds. We can also provide a cot for you if desired, let us know. The ground floor is also wheelchair friendly. Outside you will find a spacious terrace to enjoy the view and the tranquility. Furthermore, in the season you can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool ( currently in finish) You will stay in a quiet rural area, but despite that you will find the amenities such as a supermarket, butcher, bakery only 6 km away. With us, you can charge your electric car with an 11kw charging station. Ask for the conditions. Guest access During the stay, you can dream away in the grass of our landscaped vegetable/fruit garden. Looking at the sunflowers and the meadows, you can unwind here. Meet our animals and the Peace they radiate. Other things to note We offer guided outdoor rides with our horses on request. Your children (adults also of course) can also help with the care of the animals and get everything in consultation. During your stay, we will be at your disposal if necessary for all your questions.
