There is another unit in the back of the lot, which is a completely separate building from this house. The driveway parking is reserved for this house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Private laundry room. The backyard is shared with the studio unit located on the same lot. Driveway Parking. Other things to note This house is located in an extremely quiet and family friendly neighborhood. There is also a studio ADU located in the back of the house. We do not allow events or gatherings in this house in consideration to our neighbors. House Rules: - Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. - Do not smoke in the house or on the premises. - If you have a vehicle, please park on the driveway. The driveway parking is exclusively assigned for the house. - The air mattress and the bedding are available in the kitchen cabinet if needed. - TRASH DAY is THURSDAY. If you are staying with us on Wednesday night, please remember to take the garbage bin and the recycling bin to the curbside as the neighbors do. Please pull in the bins after the trash has been collected on Thursday. - Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes. - Please only use the linens provided in the rooms. The ones stored in the storage bins are for the next turnover and not for the guest’s use. - The check out time is 10am.
