The space wooden house, parking for 2 vehicles in front (on the lawn), kiosk (gazebo) with built-in table, pool area, barbecue area with bathroom and tank and two ponds. Guest access Guests, a maximum of 6 (six), will be able to enjoy the entire area of the land (around 6,000 m²) and the improvements in it, except for two spaces in the house that will be locked for the storage of the personal belongings of the owner and his family (the house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are available to guests, i.e.: bedroom 1, with a double bed and a single bed; bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and bedroom 3 with a single bed, plus a service area, kitchen, living room and pantry. However, they will not be able to hunt animals or pick any plants. They should be careful when entering the areas of forest/banana trees, etc., as they will be in the habitat of the animals, with the inherent risks. The 6 guests should take from the property only the good moments lived, the photos and any garbage produced, helping us to preserve the environment. Other things to note The property is 10,000 m² (1 hectare), with about 6,000 m² available to the 6 guests (all on the roadside, from the entrance gate to the dividing fences with the neighbors). The N. S. Aparecida is surrounded by an area of approximately 150,000 meters of green areas, overlooking the mountains of the Panelas/Biriricas/BR 262 road). The entire road is paved/asphalted/cemented up to the gate. The distance to the center of Campinho - Seat of the Municipality of Domingos Martins - is less than 3 km, a city with a good structure, with a Hospital, Leisure Street, craft house, beer halls, in short, with a varied commerce and a beautiful square.
