This privileged location will allow guests to enjoy the tranquility of this neighborhood and the proximity to downtown, located just ten minutes away by public transport. It is located in the heart of Calle Benito Gutiérrez, between the Temple of Debod and the Moncloa Lighthouse, icons of the city of Madrid. The location of this modern and renovated apartment allows you to walk through its streets and enjoy its life, gastronomic and leisure offer, as well as the unsurpassed commercial offer of the neighborhoods of Argüelles, Moncloa, Plaza España... In direct connection with this quiet area, either by walking or using the public transport infrastructures that surround the apartment, is the most vibrant part of the city, entering the neighborhoods of Malasaña or the areas of Plaza España, Sol or Gran Vía, among others. As for the apartment, it is enormously cozy, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for families or medium groups of up to 6 people who want to enjoy the tranquility granted by the Argüelles neighborhood, as well as the always lively and nearby center of the city of Madrid. Due to its careful aesthetics and decoration, carried out by our interior design team, it is perfect to enjoy a nice stay in the city. At the entrance to the apartment is the main hallway of the apartment, which ends in a spacious living room and in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first room, located to the left of the hallway, is a very bright room, equipped with a double bed perfect for a well-deserved rest and perfectly furnished for guests. At the door in front of this room, just to the right of the hallway, is the second bedroom, similar to the previous one in terms of furniture and lighting. The last room before reaching the living room is the first of the two bathrooms, which in line with the rest of the house, is perfectly equipped and soberly decorated, with a shower, toilet and sink equipped with a mirror. At the end of the hallway is the spacious living room with a kitchenette, which has a magnificent bar perfect for eating something and equipped with the most modern essential appliances in a kitchen, as well as elegantly decorated by our decoration team. The living room, the largest room in the house, has a glass dining table, perfect for sitting down to lunch or dinner with the family, and a comfortable coffee table. At the back of the living room is the magnificent terrace, ideal for guests to rest, with a small table and chairs that will allow you to enjoy the outside of the apartment in a totally relaxing way. Finally, to the left of the living room is the apartment's main room, with an en-suite bathroom, perfectly equipped and decorated, with a sink, toilet and shower with a screen. This room has a double bed, closet and exit to the fantastic terrace described above.
