Welcome to Saturdays Residences by Lotus Heart Properties! The space 🏡 Our property is a modern one-bedroom apartment with direct pool access, designed for total relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. ✨ 💡 Electricity: charged at 8 THB per unit, based on your actual consumption. We’ll take a photo of the meter together at check-in and check-out to calculate it accurately. We do this to keep our nightly rate fair for everyone, instead of adding a fixed amount for all guests, you only pay for what you actually use. This way, light users don’t overpay, and everyone is charged fairly according to their own usage ⚡️ Guest access During your stay, you'll enjoy full access to: ✔️ 3 swimming pools, including one with direct access right from your terrace. ✔️ A fully equipped gym ✔️ Steam room and sauna ✔️ Reserved parking ✔️ High-speed Fiber Wi-Fi ✔️ Co-Working Space Other things to note 🔹 Refundable Deposit – For your convenience, a security deposit is required and can be processed in your preferred method: Digital Pre-authorization (Recommended): Via Swikly (a temporary hold on your card, not an actual charge). In Cash: To be handed over at check-in. Deposit Amount: • THB 2,500 for stays under 2 weeks • THB 5,000 for stays longer than 2 weeks The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, following a successful property inspection. 🚭 Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited, including outside on the balcony. Any violation will result in a THB 5,000 fine. Smoking cigarettes is permitted only in the designated smoking area within the residential complex. 🧹 Additional cleaning is available for THB 800 per session.
