Modern Castle-Downtown Saint Louis

I would love the opportunity to share my downtown loft that has the look and feel of a castle! Walking distance from dining, nightlife, monuments, parks and public transit. You'll love my place because of the grand decor, comfy beds and unique experience. The original elevator installed in 1886 will whisk you from the shared lobby to the private penthouse loft. From there you will relax with amazing city views, twenty foot ceilings, and well appointed furnishings. The space The loft is located on the 5th floor of the beautiful Cosmopolitan Building. Step into this old world inspired space and expect to be wowed by the art and attention to detail. There is also a large entertainment area with a big screen, leather lounges and a sofa. Please note: this is an open floor plan. Bedrooms are not private. You will need your own projector for the theater. Animals allowed with approval and pet fee. Guest access Access the loft via the front door of the building and up the antique elevator. Guests will have shared access to the entrance of the building, which is also our place of business. Of course, the 5th floor loft will remain private to guests at all times. Other things to note Parking options include: street/metered parking and public pay lots. Including a lot that runs adjacent to building. As much as we hate to say it, the building and layout of the loft present difficulties for being accessible by wheelchair. The beds are up stairs and the elevator is an antique that is manually operated. Managing the elevator gates and reaching the buttons would be difficult to manage. Another note: beautiful as it may be, the fireplace is not functioning. Parties are not allowed. The max amount of guests allowed is 3 people max. You will be charged for additional people if they are not included on the airbnb confirmation. There is a lobby space available for parties and we can discuss options for rental if you would like to utilize the space.
